Original language: PortugueseCRAS E OUTRAS - A presente contratação tem por objetivo a aquisição de arquivos de aço para pastas suspensas, destinados ao armazenamento e organização de documentos físicos utilizados nas atividades do Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS), especialmente cadernos de registros, prontuários e documentos relacionados ao Cadastro Único das famílias atendidas. A guarda adequada desses documentos é fundamental para garantir segurança, organização, preservação das informações e facilidade de acesso durante o atendimento e acompanhamento das famílias usuárias da política de assistência social.
Além disso, faz-se necessária a aquisição de uma caixa de som, a qual será utilizada nas atividades coletivas e grupais desenvolvidas pelo CRAS, como encontros de grupos do PAIF, oficinas, palestras, reuniões e ações socioeducativas. O equipamento contribuirá para melhorar a comunicação, a condução das atividades e a participação dos usuários, possibilitando a utilização de recursos sonoros, músicas e conteúdos educativos que auxiliam no fortalecimento dos vínculos familiares e comunitários.
