Purpose: The cryogenic hydrogen system of the J-PARC spallation neutron source facility is a refrigeration system for cooling (moderating) neutrons generated to supply liquid hydrogen (1.5 MPa, 20K) to three moderator vessels and various neutron experimental devices. In the helium refrigerator of the cryogenic hydrogen system, purity management of the refrigerant gas (helium) is important, and currently, operation management is carried out using a moisture analyzer (dew point meter) and a gas chromatograph. A CRDS trace moisture analyzer has the advantage of measuring dew points over a wide range in helium gas with high accuracy and responding quickly to changes in dew point. On the other hand, the current moisture analyzer is aging and is being operated with repairs. Therefore, this project aims to replace the aging moisture analyzer with a higher-performance one. This will ensure the foundation for purity management of helium gas and secure the stable operation foundation of the world's highest intensity neutron beam shared facility. 3.
