UKRAINE EXECUTIVE BODY OF KYIV CITY COUNCIL KYIV CITY STATE ADMINISTRATION MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION UNIT FOR THE KYIV PUBLIC BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT” (ME “PIU”) – hereinafter referred to as “Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a grant, the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards Contract payment Creation of Municipal automated energy management system in UKRAINE EXECUTIVE BODY OF KYIV CITY COUNCIL KYIV CITY STATE ADMINISTRATION MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION UNIT FOR THE KYIV PUBLIC BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT” within project “Capital repairs of individual heating substations and heating systems in public buildings of Kyiv», Lot 17”. The project is co-financed by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Energy Efficiency Initiative (NUEE) with the support of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aimed at expanding external municipal financing to achieve energy efficiency in public buildings, strengthening of self-government and sustainable procurement practices. The Employer now invites tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from the grant for procurement and supply of software and hardware for Creation of Municipal automat-ed energy management system (hereinafter – System) in UKRAINE EXECUTIVE BODY OF KYIV CITY COUNCIL KYIV CITY STATE ADMINISTRATION MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION UNIT FOR THE KYIV PUBLIC BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY PRO-JECT” within project “Capital repairs of individual heating substations and heating systems in public buildings of Kyiv” (list of Plant and Related Works is provided in Section ІV. Employer’s requirements): Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by the grant funds shall be carried out in accordance with NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.
