Original language: PortugueseCREDENCIAMENTO, com o objetivo de Credenciar Leiloeiros Oficiais, para a prestação de serviços de organização e condução de leilões públicos oficiais, em razão das demandas pertencentes à Prefeitura Municipal de Ministro Andreazza -RO, conforme autorizado pelo Prefeito Municipal.
A contratação de um Leiloeiro Oficial para a preparação, organização e condução de leilões públicos de bens móveis inservíveis, antieconômicos, ociosos e irrecuperáveis da Administração Pública Municipal de Ministro Andreazza/RO é medida que se impõe diante da necessidade de garantir eficiência, transparência e legalidade no processo de desfazimento de patrimônio público. O município possui significativa quantidade de bens que não possuem mais utilidade administrativa e que ocupam espaços físicos, gerando custos de manutenção e armazenamento. A alienação desses bens por meio de leilão público, conduzido por profissional habilitado, assegura a destinação adequada dos materiais, promove a economicidade e contribui para a sustentabilidade ambiental, ao incentivar o reaproveitamento e a reciclagem. Importa destacar que, conforme mencionado no Estudo Técnico Preliminar, item 5 – Levantamento de Mercado, o Município de Ministro Andreazza/RO não dispõe de servidores com expertise técnica e legal para conduzir o procedimento de leilão, nos termos exigidos pelo Decreto nº 21.981/1932 e pela Lei nº 14.133/2021.
