Justifica-se o presente credenciamento pela caracterísitica do objeto a ser contratado, que possui flutuação constante de valor e cujas condições de contratação inviabilizam a seleção de agente por meio de processo de licitação.
Há a necessidade de haver agências de viagens credenciadas junto à Câmara Municipal de Sarandi a fim de propiciar condições para o deslocamento aéreo e terrestre de vereadores e servidores do Poder Legislativo Municipal, em viagens oficias, para o desenvolvimento de atividades como reuniões, cursos de aperfeiçoamento, conferências, treinamentos, eventos, congressos, participação em solenidades oficiais, dentre outros vinculados à necessidade e ao interesse do Município, e devido ao término do CREDENCIAMENTO Nº 01/2025-CMS, em 27 de abril de 2026.
