O presente credenciamento ficará permanente aberto durante toda sua vigência, entretanto, terá como marco inicial a data do evento "SÃO JOÃO PEDRO DE SAPÉ – A CHAMA QUE NÃO SE APAGA" edição 2026, após essa data, os credenciados estarão aptos aos demais eventos, seguindo a ordem do calendário oficial do município. Todos os envelopes entregues serão julgados imediatamente após o seu recebimento, com posterior formalização do Termo de Credenciamento
