1. OBJETO
1.1. Credenciamento de instituições financeiras e demais entidades autorizadas pelo Banco Central do Brasil que operem no padrão FEBRABAN (bancos comerciais, caixas econômicas, cooperativas de crédito e conveniados), para a prestação de serviços de recolhimento/arrecadação de tributos, taxas, dívida ativa e demais receitas públicas municipais, em todas as modalidades de pagamento disponíveis, conforme descrição contida no Termo de Referência (anexo I).
1.2. Os serviços deverão estar adequados ao padrão FEBRABAN e às normas do Banco Central do Brasil, abrangendo o atendimento em agências, postos e canais eletrônicos em todo o território nacional.
1.3. Tratando-se de Cooperativas de Crédito, estas deverão observar o disposto na Lei Complementar nº 130/2009 e alterações posteriores, atentando-se ao regramento do Conselho Monetário Nacional (CMN) em relação aos requisitos prudenciais e operacionais vigentes.
1.4. O presente Edital de Credenciamento vincula-se ao disposto na Seção II do Capítulo X, c/c Seções I e II do Capítulo VIII, da Lei nº 14.133, de 1º de abril de 2021, e do Decreto Municipal nº 5.532, de 13 de outubro de 2022.
