Diante da necessidade de promover a destinação racional do patrimôniomóvel municipal, a alienação dos bens patrimoniais sem uso demanda ocredenciamento de profissional habilitado, para a realização de consecutivosl eilõesDecorrente da sua própria natureza constitutiva, os bens móveis têm vidalimitada, gerando grande quantidade de bens patrimoniais inservíveis noMunicípio, de todas as espécies existentes, num processo cíclico e ininterrupto,ocasionando a necessidade de, oportunamente, promover a sua destinação final. Posto isso, além da necessidade reiterada de alienação de bens móveisinservíveis e material de consumo inservível, entendese pela vantajosidade,para a Administração, na realização do credenciamento de leiloeiros oficiais, oque não lhes gera direito subjetivo à contratação, mas somente da observânciado critério de ordemsorteio, garantindo a disponibilidade desse serviço para asdemandas identificadas pelo Poder Público Municipal.
