Art. 3º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, produzindo efeitos: I - nas datas fixadas no Anexo Único que integra esta Portaria, em relação ao art. 1º; e II - a partir de 1º de outubro de 2026, em relação ao art. 2º. procedentes de outra unidade da Federação ou do exterior, não enquadradas no regime de substituição tributária e destinadas à comercialização.
