Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide a solution to continue and enhance the existing operation of the Virginia Paternity Establishment Program (VPEP) to the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) on behalf of the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE). The program focuses on establishing paternity for parents of children born out-of-wedlock in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Parents are given the opportunity to acknowledge paternity voluntarily using an Acknowledgment of Paternity (AOP) form and Genetic Test Package (GTP) documents.
