General description: Medical liquid oxygen: The planned total quantity of medical liquid oxygen is = 360,000 m3 (basic planned quantity: 306,000 m3). Installation of a monitoring system (i.e., web-based access and monitoring of the liquid oxygen tank's fill level as specified in the technical description): 1 unit. The subject of the procurement is the medical gas supply of the Institute's premises with tanked liquid oxygen, with delivery within 1 working day from the order, including the installation of a fill level monitoring system, under the following conditions. The offered products must: • be suitable for the purposes defined by the Contracting Authority; • be suitable without special conditions for the purposes for which other products of the same type or purpose are usually used; • possess the quality that is customary for products of the same type or purpose and that the Contracting Authority can expect, taking into account the nature of the products and the public statements made by the tenderer, the manufacturer, or their representatives regarding the specific properties of the products; • possess the properties and quality required by the Contracting Authority, as well as the quality and properties stated in the tenderer's description and offer; • comply with the quality requirements stipulated by law, where applicable. The successful tenderer shall be obliged to deliver all products in such a way that their shelf life (usability) complies with the currently applicable professional and quality assurance regulations. In the absence of this, the Contracting Authority may refuse to accept the delivered product. For the offered product(s), the Tenderer must submit in their offer, if relevant, the manufacturer's declaration of conformity and - if required for the placing on the market of the medical device by MDR or the regulation on medical devices - the CE conformity assessment certificate or OGYÉI approval, as per Section 9 (2) of Decree 16/2012 (II.16.) Kr., to certify the conformity of the medical device. Based on Act XCV of 2005 and Decree 53/2004 (VI. 2.) ESzCsM, the tenderer's activity related to the subject of this procurement requires a license. The Contracting Authority will only conclude the contract if the successful tenderer possesses this license (wholesale pharmaceutical license). The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) (the Decree), states that references to a product, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark of a specific make, origin, or type, as defined in the invitation to tender and the procurement documents, are made solely to clearly define the subject matter, and the term "or equivalent" shall be understood to apply. The tenderer is responsible for proving equivalence in the offer. Ensuring technical compatibility to the medical gas point of use (e.g., appropriate receiving connector for the transport vehicle connector) (basic quantity), which may include the replacement of the connector at the user's receiving location as needed. The tenderer is also responsible for ensuring remote access to and monitoring of the liquid oxygen tank's fill level. The tenderer is responsible for establishing a system that ensures web-based access to and monitoring of the liquid oxygen tank's fill level with appropriate authorization.
