L'émissaire Clichy - La Briche est un ouvrage de maillage qui relie l'aval de l'usine de Clichy à l'aval de l'usine de la Briche située à Epinay sur Seine, en longeant la Seine en rive droite. Il possède pour cela les 3 fonctions suivantes : - Liaison inter émissaire entre les deux usines de Clichy et La Briche - Transit des apports Eaux Usées provenant de la Seine-Saint-Denis : Le flux Eaux Usées provenant de réseaux départementaux transite via les deux collecteurs Ø600 intégrés au C.L.B. - Stockage en période pluvieuse : utilisé comme ouvrage de stockage des effluents excédentaires de l'usine de Clichy en période pluvieuse. Cette opération a été conditionnée pour la réalisation des travaux de réhabilitation du CNL. Le curage permet la réalisation de diagnostic afin d'assurer la pérennité de l'ouvrage en fonction des contraintes acceptables de rejet dans la Seine, ainsi que l'amélioration des conditions hydraulique et aéraulique de l'exploitation.
