Description

Huidige opdracht betreft het verlenen van postdiensten: het versturen van correspondentie (uitnodigingen, herinneringen en resultaten) in kader van de bevolkingsonderzoeken naar kanker via de post naar de betreffende doelgroepen. Sommige brieven zijn adminpost, andere brieven direct mail. Sommige briefwisseling is atypisch van aard, waar aan de uitnodiging een testkit is toegevoegd (uitnodigingen in het kader van het Bevolkingsonderzoek Dikkedarmkanker). De verschillende brieven worden maximaal gebundeld en gesorteerd aangeleverd voor verzending om de portkost te optimaliseren en zo laag mogelijk te houden. Daarnaast is er nog een luik betreffende de MaxiResponse (staalbezorging aan het labo in kader van het Bevolkingsonderzoek Dikkedarmkanker). Exclusiviteit en minimum afname De te leveren hoeveelheden in globo of per individuele opdracht zijn een inschatting, en kunnen afwijken. De Aanbesteder garandeert geen minimumafnames, noch exclusiviteit. Mini-competities 1. De Aanbesteder zal aldus volgens de in deze raamovereenkomst bepaalde voorwaarden bovenvermelde diensten kunnen afroepen zonder de partijen opnieuw tot mededinging op te roepen (m.a.w. op basis van de oorspronkelijke offertes).
