Description

City of Wolverhampton Council is procuring consultancy on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) as per the Collaboration Agreement signed 30th March 2021. BCT are undertaking this project on behalf of, and in collaboration with, Dudley and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Councils.

The Council is seeking Project Management consultancy to support the A461 and WBHE Sustainable Access Measures projects.
