Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa w formie leasingu operacyjnego z opcją wykupu fabrycznie nowego pojazdu specjalistycznego (śmieciarki) o pojemności zabudowy min. 5m3 na podwoziu dwuosiowym o DMC do 7,2 tony do wywozu odpadów komunalnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający minimalne parametry techniczne jakie powinien posiadać pojazd, zawiera Formularz Techniczny (dla Części 1 -Załącznik nr 1C do SWZ). 3. Warunki leasingu operacyjnego pojazdu zawiera Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 4. Umowa leasingu zostanie podpisana na wzorze Wykonawcy (Leasingodawcy/Finansującego) wraz z „dodatkowymi postanowieniami umowy”, w których zostaną zawarte ogólne warunki umowy Zamawiającego. Zakres i ogólne warunki realizacji zamówienia ujęte zostały w rozdziale XXI SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy.
