Part 1 - substantive evaluation of the 1st and 2nd degree of applications for co-financing of projects submitted in the announced continuous recruitment under the Priority Program "NaszEauto" - Part No. 1.

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the complete substantive evaluation of the 1st (first) and 2nd (second) degree of applications (including attachments) for co-financing of projects (in the form of non-repayable funds - grants), submitted under the recruitment of applications for co-financing of projects of the priority program "NaszEauto" (hereinafter referred to as "applications"), submitted by natural persons and natural persons running sole proprietorships. 1.1. Within the scope of this Part of the order, the subject of the order includes the basic order and an order under the option right, i.e.: a) within the basic order, the Contractor will perform 3,500 evaluations of applications for co-financing submitted in the announced continuous recruitment under the Priority Program "NaszEauto". b) within the scope of the order covered by the option right, if the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor will perform further evaluations - up to 3,500 evaluations of applications for co-financing submitted in the announced continuous recruitment under the Priority Program "NaszEauto". A detailed description of the subject of the order, covering the basic order and the order under the option right, has been presented in the Essential Contract Provisions, which constitute Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 1.2. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor applying for the subject order is a Contractor who: - did not participate in the preparation of applications for co-financing in the Priority Program, the evaluation of which is the subject of this order; - will assign to the execution of the order individuals, none of whom participated in the preparation and submission of applications for co-financing in the "NaszEauto" Priority Program, acting as an Applicant or as an Applicant's Representative, nor is excluded from the possibility of executing the order for other reasons referred to in Annex No. 6 to Annex No. 4 to the SWZ; - will execute the subject of the order in a given Part with a team consisting of a minimum of 10 (ten) and a maximum of 20 (twenty) people, and if the Contractor executes more than one Part of the order, the individuals in the team for individual Parts cannot be repeated. After selecting the most advantageous offer, and before concluding the agreement, the Contractor will indicate the individuals (first and last name) who will form the team executing the given Part of the order, in accordance with the guidelines specified in point XVII, point 2 of the SWZ.
