1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie przeglądów konserwacyjnych wraz z wymianą materiałów zużywalnych wyposażenia będącego na stanie Oddziałów Centralnego Laboratorium Badawczego Głównego Inspektoratu Ochrony Środowiska wraz z wymianą i zakupem materiałów zużywalnych w podziale na pakiety stanowiące poszczególne części zamówienia. 2. Dodatkowo zamówienie obejmuje dostawę na koszt Wykonawcy materiałów we wskazane przez Zamawiającego lokalizacje wymienione w załączniku nr 3 do umowy, odpowiednio dla każdej z części postępowania. 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposobu jego realizacji zawiera Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ – „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera „Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy” – Załącznik nr 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d oraz 12e do SWZ, odpowiednio dla każdej z części zamówienia.
