Part 1: Preparation and execution of training for staff of Social Employment Entities

1. The description of the subject of the contract for part 1, covering the preparation and execution of training for staff of Social Employment Entities within the project "Włączamy Pomorskie!" (including the description of the part of the contract), has been defined in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and in the draft contract, which is Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority does not foresee an obligation for the Contractor to conduct a site visit and for the Contractor to check documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on-site at the Contracting Authority's premises. 3. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of variant offers, as referred to in art. 92 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e., offers providing for a different method of performing the contract than specified in this SWZ. 4. The contracting authority does not foresee concluding a framework agreement and establishing a dynamic purchasing system, nor does it foresee selecting the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 5. The contracting authority does not foresee awarding contracts on the basis of art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 6. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogs or the attachment of electronic catalogs to the offer, in the situation specified in art. 93 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The contracting authority does not foresee settlement in foreign currencies. Settlement of the contract is conducted in PLN. 8. The contracting authority does not foresee reimbursement of costs for participation in the proceedings. 9. The contracting authority does not foresee granting advances on account of the performance of the contract.
