1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie usługi polegającej na wykonaniu rekultywacji terenu zieleni przy ul. Moniuszki – dz. nr 230 z obr. 9 w Toruniu (stanowiąca własność Gminy Miasta Toruń). 2. Lokalizacje, gatunki, ilości i parametry nasadzeń oraz małej architektury określają załączniki do wzoru umowy: 1) Zał. nr 1 – plan sytuacyjny, 2) Zał. nr 2 – wygląd ławki, 3) Zał. nr 3 – opis wykonania zadania 3. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji zamówienia w zakresie przygotowania i rekultywacji terenu oraz sadzenia roślin, założenia trawnika i montażu ławek określone zostały w § 2 ust. 3 wzoru umowy oraz Załącznikach nr 1, 2, 3 do wzoru umowy.
