Opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla każdej z części został zawarty w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Ilości asortymentu określono w Załączniku nr 2 (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy). Podane ilości przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią maksymalne ilości przedmiotu zamówienia, jaką może zamówić Zamawiający i służą do porównania i oceny ofert. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 10 do SWZ - wzór umowy.
