Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: zapewnienie przejezdności, przejścia oraz ograniczenie zakłóceń płynności ruchu drogowego, wywołanych opadami śniegu poprzez odśnieżanie dróg, zatok autobusowych itp., zwalczanie i likwidowanie śliskości zimowej przez stosowanie środków chemicznych lub/i materiałów uszorstniających, oraz wykonanie innych prac i podejmowanie działań organizacyjno-technicznych niezbędnych do należytego wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia. Miejscowości objęte zimowym utrzymaniem dróg (drogi publiczne gminne oraz wewnętrzne administrowane przez Gminę Kęty) oraz planowana do wykonania ilość jednostek w sezonie: CZĘŚĆ 1: sołectwo Bielany (14,6 km) - odśnieżanie – 130 m-g - uszorstnianie – 95 m-g Do rozliczeń przyjęte zostały stawki za godzinę pracy sprzętu w rozbiciu na: odśnieżanie, uszorstnianie. W okresie od 1 listopada do dnia zakończenia akcji zimowej Wykonawcy prac przysługiwać będzie na poszczególne zadanie miesięczne wynagrodzenie w wysokości 2.916,00 zł brutto z tytułu gotowości sprzętowo-kadrowej. W miesiącu w którym zakończona zostanie akcja zimowa należność ta wyliczona zostanie proporcjonalnie do liczby dni prowadzonej akcji.
