It includes the preparation of a concept for the implementation of tasks, taking into account: 1). a site visit to the planned investment area with a representative of the Ordering Party, to present the preliminary assumptions of the project, ending with an official note confirming the Contractor's familiarization with the Ordering Party's objectives, 2). identification of optimal solutions along with defining the possibilities of achieving the assumed parameters of the objects planned for implementation, 3). determination of the technical parameters of the objects, while taking into account the location and terrain, 4). preparation of the design assumptions for the objects. The development of the preliminary implementation concept will be subject to agreement with the Ordering Party. The agreement of the concept will be confirmed by an agreement protocol prepared by a team composed of representatives of the Contractor and the Ordering Party. Deadline for execution of Stage I a). - up to 3 months from the date of contract conclusion. b). Design and cost documentation, including obtaining all necessary documents required by law in the form of decisions, opinions, assessments, studies, and agreements - The designed works to be performed based on the documentation that is the subject of this order must not violate the DNSH principle ("do no significant harm"). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and applicable law in all aspects concerning the subject of this contract, including in particular in accordance with the DNSH guidelines and the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility regarding compliance with the DNSH "Do No Significant Harm" rule. The Contractor is obliged, in particular, to ensure that the design documentation foresees the need to use building materials that do not contain asbestos, PVC, mercury, or other materials with known harmful effects on aquatic organisms; equipment used for the project must have an energy efficiency class of A or higher; products must be recycled or easily disposable; vehicles must meet specific EURO standards or be zero-emission. Furthermore, the design provisions should provide for the obligation of selective waste management and the limitation of noise and dust emissions, and impose on the project contractor the obligation to provide appropriate certificates confirming compliance with the above conditions and standards. In case of violation of environmental principles by the contractor or submission of false statements regarding DNSH, the ordering party may withdraw from the contract due to the contractor's fault.
