Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług z zakresu medycyny pracy dla pracowników resortu obrony narodowej i żołnierzy 22. Wojskowego Oddziału Gospodarczego w Olsztynie oraz jednostek i instytucji będących na jego zaopatrzeniu (badania wstępne, okresowe, kontrolne) i innych badań medycznych. Sposób realizacji zamówienia został określony w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiące załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. Zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r.
