Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zniszczenie elektronicznych nośników danych poprzez ich demagnetyzację i/lub rozdrobnienie (mechaniczne niszczenie), następnie przeprowadzenie pełnego procesu utylizacji masy powstałej w wyniku procesu ich mechanicznego niszczenia. Ilości i rodzaje nośników objętych realizacją świadczenia zostały wyspecyfikowane w Załączniku Nr 2A do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje obszar terytorialny 10-u Oddziałów Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych („Bezpośrednich odbiorców”), dla: Część 1 zakres terytorialny: O/ZUS Białystok, O/ZUS Biłgoraj, O/ZUS Lublin, O/ZUS Łódź I, O/ZUS Płock, O/ZUS Radom, O/ZUS Siedlce, O/ZUS Warszawa I, O/ZUS Warszawa II, O/ZUS Warszawa III. Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 121, pkt. 1 Pzp nie dopuszcza udziału podwykonawców w realizacji kluczowej części zamówienia, przez którą Zamawiający rozumie czynności związane z niszczeniem elektronicznych nośników danych, tj. czynności związane z demagnetyzacją i/lub niszczeniem mechanicznym elektronicznych nośników danych.
