Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa opatrunków i obłożeń operacyjnych w asortymencie i ilościach wyszczególnionych w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW - Formularz asortymentowo – cenowy. 2. Ilości przedmiotu zamówienia określone w załączniku do umowy są wielkościami szacunkowymi i mogą ulec zmianie w zależności od rzeczywistych potrzeb Zamawiającego. 3. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania, jako wyrób medyczny - dotyczy tylko wyrobów medycznych. Przez wyroby medyczne stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia, należy rozumieć wyroby medyczne w rozumieniu ustawy o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 roku o wyrobach medycznych oraz z rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/745 z dnia 5.04.2017 r. w sprawie wyrobów medycznych. Zaoferowane wyroby medyczne muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i używania na terenie Polski na zasadach określonych w ustawie o wyrobach medycznych.
