Original language: Polish1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego dla Krajowej Szkoły Sądownictwa i Prokuratury. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej zwany OPZ) jest szczegółowo określony w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia jest szczegółowo określony projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które stanowią załącznik nr 3A do SWZ. 4. Termin realizacji zamówienia do 25 dni roboczych licząc od następnego dnia po dniu zawarcia umowy. Przez dni robocze Zamawiający rozumie dni od poniedziałku do piątku z wyłączeniem dni ustawowo wolnych pracy na terenie Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 18 stycznia 1951 r. o dniach wolnych od pracy (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 296).
