Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz urządzeń, ilości oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają załączniki do SWZ, mianowicie: • Zał. 1 – Formularz cenowy, • Zał. 2 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) wraz z załącznikami: a) Wytyczne dot. walidacji (rewalidacji). • Zał. 3 - Projekty umów wraz z załącznikami: a) Wykaz Sprzętu z podziałem na części 3.
