Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa 4 szt. fabrycznie nowych (Część 1 - 1 szt. nosze elektryczne bariatryczne) , nieużywanych, wyprodukowanych nie wcześniej niż w 2026 r., wolnych od wad fizycznych i prawnych, nie służących jako przedmiot używany do celów demonstracyjnych noszy elektrycznych według specyfikacji określonej w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają następujące załączniki: 3.1. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zw. dalej, „SOPZ”) dla części 1 i części 2 oraz części 3 i części 4 tj. Formularz parametrów wymaganych (specyfikacja techniczna załącznik nr 3) stanowiące załączniki do niniejszej specyfikacji (dostępne w oddzielnych plikach) 3.2. Załącznik nr 4 pn. Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego wraz z załącznikami dla części 1,części 2, części 3 oraz części 4 (dostępne w oddzielnych plikach).
