Part 1 of the order: Supply of foul weather clothing and universal insulated clothing

1. The subject of the order includes the purchase of the following assortment: Foul weather clothing in the quantity of 1900 sets under the basic order and up to 1600 sets under the optional order; Universal insulated clothing in the quantity of 1900 sets under the basic order and up to 1600 sets under the optional order. The subject of the order delivered within the scope of the order must be new and must come from current production. Items produced under the option right must be identical to the items delivered under the basic order. 2. The performance of Part 1 of the order is covered by the requirements arising from the Act of 17 November 2006 on the conformity assessment system for products intended for national defense and security purposes (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and the implementing regulations issued on its basis. The body supervising the activities related to the product introduced into use on behalf of the Minister of the Interior and Administration is the Director of the Institute of Security Technology "MORATEX" based in Łódź at ul. M. Skłodowskiej-Curie 3. 3. The minimum required warranty period for each subject of the order is 24 months from the date of its release from the warehouse for use, while the period of its storage by the Ordering Party in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. In the event of the subject of the order being released for use after the expiry of its storage period, the aforementioned warranty will cease to be valid. 4. To confirm the compliance of the offered supplies with the features or criteria specified in the description of the offer evaluation criteria, the Contractor is obliged to provide the following documents with the offer: a) analyses, certificates, test reports, or other equivalent documents confirming that: - the 2.5-layer and three-layer laminate with "SG-14" camouflage print used to make the foul weather clothing (jacket and trousers); - the polyamide fabric, fleece knit, rib knit used to make the softshell insulated jacket; - the outer fabric and quilted fabric, rib knit, three-layer laminate, two-layer laminate used to make the universal insulated clothing meet the technical and usability requirements contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which is Annex No. 1a and 1d to the SWZ, whereby these documents must be issued by accredited testing laboratories or other laboratories with supervised measuring and testing equipment (e.g., notified laboratory, in-house laboratory) or manufacturers producing these materials. b) one copy of the technical and technological documentation in the Polish language version, concerning the production of the offered subject of the order, containing at least the following information: description of the subject of the order; drawing(s); technical requirements including, among others: list of components, list of materials and accessories necessary for the production of the subject of the order; description of the method of production of the subject of the order and its markings; dimension table; description of packaging and storage method; c) to confirm the compliance of the offered supplies with the features or criteria specified in the description of the offer evaluation criteria, the Contractor is obliged to provide with the offer a sample of the offered uniform item in the first degree of quality, i.e.: Foul weather clothing (foul weather jacket with softshell insulated jacket, foul weather trousers) and universal insulated clothing in size T/XL (men's) for height 179-184, chest circumference 111-116, waist circumference 101-106.
