1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego o symbolu E o szacowanym wolumenie – 20 709 511 kWh. Dane mają charakter orientacyjny. 2. Ilość PPG - 156 szt. 3. Postępowaniem objęto PPG, w których odbiorca: 1) podlega ochronie taryfowej (na podstawie art. 62b ust.1 pkt 2 Ustawy Pe), 2) ma wolumen mieszany – w danym obiekcie część wolumenu podlega ochronie taryfowej 4. W Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ zamawiający wskazał, w odniesieniu do którego PPG mają zastosowanie przepisy art. 62b i wg jakiego wskaźnika procentowego. 5. Zamawiający (odbiorcy) wraz z podpisaniem umowy z wykonawcą, którego oferta zostanie wybrana jako najkorzystniejsza, złożą stosowne Oświadczenia odbiorcy paliw gazowych (z art. 62ba i / lub art. 62bb Ustawy Pe) wg wzoru ustanowionego w Rozporządzeniu w sprawie ochrony odbiorców gazu. 6. Szczegółowy opis PPG zamawiający zamieścił w Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ. 7. Kompleksowe dostawy realizowane będą w terminie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. (terminy dostaw do poszczególnych PPG wskazane zostały w Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ)
