Przedmiotem zamówienia w Części 1 jest warstwa podstawowa, obejmująca w szczególności kompleksowe wykonanie Dokumentacji Projektowej i Robót budowlanych w branży KSRK (za wyjątkiem TMS-D i CTC), Teletechnika oraz Elektroenergetyka nietrakcyjna w celu objęcia funkcjonalnym systemem KSRK poniższych odcinków linii KDP: • LK85: Warszawa Zachodnia – Kotowice. • LK85: Kotowice - Łódź Fabryczna (wraz z łącznicą LK8501: Parzniew – Kotowice). • LK85: Podg. Retkinia – Sieradz Północny (zakres niegwarantowany). • LK86: Sieradz Północny – Kępno – Bierutów. W zakresie znajduje się również wykonanie niezbędnych prac w celu funkcjonalnego powiązania systemu KSRK na odcinkach stycznych z istniejącą siecią zarządzaną przez PKP PLK S.A. (w tym między innymi budowę łącznic kolejowych linii KDP z liniami KONW.
