PART 2 – Mechanical retrofitting

1. The subject of the order is the supply: PART 2 – Mechanical retrofitting The subject of the order is described in detail in the SWZ PART II. 2. The contracting authority specifies the minimum technical parameters. Equivalent equipment is permitted. Equivalence means the possibility for the contractor to offer products with different trademarks, patents or origins, but with the same properties required by the contracting authority in the description of the subject of the order. The contracting authority permits equivalent certificates. 1. The contractor is bound by the offer from the date of submission of offers until August 3, 2026 (end of day). 2. The contracting authority does not reserve that only sheltered employment establishments and other contractors whose business, or the business of their organizationally separate units, which will carry out the order, includes the social and professional integration of persons who are members of socially marginalized groups, may apply for the order, in particular those indicated in Art. 94 sec. 1 points 1-10 of the Pzp Act. 3. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of granting the current contractor services referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Pzp Act, consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the main order. 4. The order concerns a project or program co-financed by European Union funds: Project No. FELD.09.02-IZ.00-0007/24 entitled "Motorway to Transformation"
