Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na wykonaniu kontroli stanu technicznego budowli piętrzących Zarządu Zlewni Legnica zgodnie z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 1 i art 62 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy Prawo Budowlane oraz zgodnie z art. 189 ust. 4 ustawy Prawo wodne z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1478 tekst jednolity z póź. zm.) badań i pomiarów umożliwiających ocenę stanu technicznego oraz stanu bezpieczeństwa budowli, a w szczególności: − stanów wód podziemnych, ich filtracji przez budowlę, przez podłoże oraz w otoczeniu budowli; − wytrzymałości budowli oraz podłoża; − stanu urządzeń upustowych; − zmian na górnym i na dolnym stanowisku budowli. Dla 44 szt. obiektów piętrzących należy wykonać roczną kontrolę stanu technicznego oraz dla 8 szt. budowli piętrzących należy wykonać pięcioletnią kontrolę i roczna kontrolę stanu technicznego.
