Part 3 of the order - Pumps

Part 3 of the order – Pumps, which includes: Volumetric pumps with power supply and holder – 8 pcs. Syringe pumps with power supply and holder – 16 pcs. 2. The scope of the subject of the order includes, in particular: 1) delivery of a factory new, from current production and unused before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary for the correct operation test, originating from official manufacturer distribution channels, ensuring in particular the fulfillment of warranty rights of the equipment within the scope specified in Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ, along with their transport, carrying in, and assembly (if applicable) and placement at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, 2) delivery with the order of the instructions required for operation in Polish (if applicable), 3) delivery of technical and user documentation related to the subject of the order, 4) delivery with the order of warranty documents, as well as all necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. for proper operation (if required for the product's proper operation), 5) cleaning of rooms after assembly and placement and installation of equipment, including packaging disposal. 6) conducting training on equipment operation for the indicated employees of the Contracting Authority (applies to delivered items for which such necessity is provided for in the detailed description of the subject of the order), 7) transport and insurance costs of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor, 8) all electrical components of the offered equipment must comply with the Polish power supply standard, 9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Contracting Authority for being authorized to market the software installed in the offered equipment and for the Contracting Authority being authorized to use all software delivered with the offered equipment within the scope of normal use as a result of the contract, 10) The Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions, and applicable legal regulations. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the order, size, scope, type and volume of deliveries, warranty and service conditions, technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ and the Draft contract Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
