Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowej (rok produkcji 2026) ładowarki teleskopowej wraz z osprzętem. Maszyna musi być wyposażona w silnik wysokoprężny o mocy minimum 150 KM spełniający normę emisji spalin Stage V, układ hydrauliczny umożliwiający łączenie ruchów roboczych ramienia, kabinę spełniającą normy ROPS/FOPS z klimatyzacją, sterowanie joystickami z trzema trybami jazdy oraz zestaw kamer i oświetlenia roboczego LED. Wymagany udźwig maksymalny wynosi 5 800 kg, a wysokość podnoszenia maksymalna 25,5 m.
