Przedmiotem zamówienia jest aktualizacja metodyki obserwacji elementów hydromorfologicznych stosowanych w ramach państwowego monitoringu środowiska do oceny stanu i potencjału ekologicznego wód płynących. Dotychczasowa metodyka – Hydromorfologiczny Indeks Rzeczny – dostosowana jest do normy PN-EN-14614:2008, która została zastąpiona normą PN-EN-14614:2020. Zgodnie z zapisami Dyrektywy 2014/101/UE, wprowadzającej zmiany w ramowej dyrektywie wodnej (2000/60/WE) kraje członkowskie powinny stosować normę EN-14614:2008, a w razie jej aktualizacji, podążać za tym. Realizacja niniejszego zamówienia pozwoli na spełnienie tego wymogu. Celem pracy jest aktualizacja metodyki obserwacji elementów hydromorfologicznych stosowanych w ramach państwowego monitoringu środowiska do oceny stanu i potencjału ekologicznego wód płynących. Dotychczasowa metodyka – Hydromorfologiczny Indeks Rzeczny – dostosowana jest do normy PN-EN-14614:2008, która została zastąpiona normą PN-EN-14614:2020. Zgodnie z zapisami Dyrektywy 2014/101/UE, wprowadzającej zmiany w ramowej dyrektywie wodnej (2000/60/WE) kraje członkowskie powinny stosować normę EN-14614:2008, a w razie jej aktualizacji, podążać za tym. Realizacja niniejszej pracy pozwoli na spełnienie tego wymogu. Opis: Zgodnie ze Szczegółowym Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 SWZ. Postępowanie jest finansowane w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, zwanego dalej „FEnIKS”, obszar „Adaptacja do zmian klimatu, zapobieganie klęskom i katastrofom. Rozwój monitoringu środowiska (m.in. monitoring pól elektromagnetycznych, monitoring wód, monitoring brzegu morskiego oraz monitoring gleby i ziemi)” w ramach projektu FENX.02.04-IW.01-0048/25 pt. „Rozwój systemu monitoringu, ocen i udostępniania informacji o stanie jakości wód poprzez opracowanie metod, wytycznych, organizację szkoleń oraz modernizację i utworzenie baz danych środowiskowych” tytułem płatności i tytułem środków krajowych.
