1. Przedmiot zamówienia w ramach Części I obejmuje dostawę wyposażenia dla potrzeb pracowni silników Zespołu Szkół Samochodowych 2. Przedmiot dostawy musi być fabrycznie nowy, bez wad, śladów używania i uszkodzeń mechanicznych, pełnowartościowy, nie pochodzący z ekspozycji ani odnowienia, spełniający wymogi techniczne i ilościowe opisane w Załączniku nr 1 dla Części I. 3. Wszystkie dostarczone towary muszą spełniać wszelkie wymogi umożliwiające ich dopuszczenie do obrotu na terytorium RP, posiadać wymagane prawem atesty, oznakowania CE, certyfikaty, świadectwa jakości.
