Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Tarnów w latach 2027-2029 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstałych i zebranych ze wszystkich nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Tarnów, w podziale na trzy sektory : Sektor I północno-wschodni obejmujący miejscowości : Wola Rzędzińska I, Wola Rzędzińska II, Jodłówka-Wałki. Zakres zamówienia dotyczy wyłącznie odbioru odpadów komunalnych z posesji zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Tarnów oraz zagospodarowanie odebranych odpadów, poprzez odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie, w sposób umożliwiający osiągnięcie Zamawiającemu odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu.
