The subject of the tender involves the provision of services related to the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Investment Loan for RWS. This includes granting, disbursing, and settling at least 70 Individual Loans from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund provided by the Ordering Party to the Detailed Fund, totaling 18,000,000.00 PLN, supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution, which must be declared during the tender process (not less than 10% of the capital of the Financial Instrument). The Contractor is required to disburse at least 40% of the Loan Limit before the end of the first half of the Portfolio Construction Period, in accordance with the rules and conditions for granting Individual Loans specified in the PPU. BGK, under the Operational Agreement, will contribute financial resources from the Trust Fund to the Financial Instrument Investment Loan for RWS in tranches. The Contractor will provide their own contribution at the level declared during the tender process (not lower than 10% of the capital of the financial instrument). Detailed rules for transferring financial contributions from the Trust Fund in the form of tranches are specified in the PPU.
