Part I - Insurance of property and civil liability arising from business activities and owned property.

1. The subject of the order in Part I includes: a) Property insurance, including, among others, property forming part of the broadband network infrastructure. b) Insurance of property forming part of the provincial real estate resource. c) Insurance of civil liability arising from business activities and owned property. d) Mandatory civil liability insurance for the property manager. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ). 3. The detailed terms and conditions for the performance of the Agreement are included in Annex No. 3a to the SWZ – Essential terms of the agreement for Part I of the proceedings. 4. In matters not regulated by the Agreement, the Contractor's general insurance conditions, which will be an annex to the Agreement, will apply. 5. In case of conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and the SWZ and the provisions of the general insurance conditions referred to in point 4, the provisions of the Agreement and the SWZ shall apply. 6. Insurance documents will be issued for a period of 12 months. Does not apply to co-insured property. 7. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the detailed method of order execution are included in the annexes to this specification: 1) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – OPZ. 2) Annex No. 1a to the OPZ – Claims settlement rules. 3) Annex No. 3a to the SWZ – Essential terms of the agreement for Part I of the proceedings. 8. The contracting authority plans to award contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 item 7 of the Pzp. The contracting authority foresees the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, contracts consisting of repeating services similar to the basic contract, constituting up to 25% of the basic contract, to the current contractor.
