Part I – Postal services in domestic and international traffic for the Supreme Administrative Court

The subject of the order within Part I is the provision of postal services in domestic and international traffic for the Supreme Administrative Court, in particular the acceptance, sorting, movement and delivery of postal items, as well as the return of undelivered postal items and proof of delivery to the Ordering Party. An estimated quantitative summary and scope of postal items during the service period have been indicated in the Price Form, which is Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, respectively. The Ordering Party informs that the estimated quantitative data of postal items provided in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ are only for the approximate determination of the size of the subject of the order. The quantities of postal items may change (i.e., may be increased or decreased) during the execution of the order, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, within the established total gross remuneration determined based on the Contractor's offer. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at a level not lower than 70% of the total remuneration of the Contractor, determined based on the Contractor's offer in Part I. Detailed rules for the execution of the subject of the order have been specified in the Draft contract provisions (which is Annex No. 3a to the SWZ).
