Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) dostawę przedmiotu zamówienia, zgodnego z załącznikiem nr 1.1 do SWZ, 2) przekazania sprzętu wolnego od wad, fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego, sprawnego technicznie, kompletnego i gotowego do pracy bez żadnych dodatkowych zakupów i inwestycji po stronie Zamawiającego, w tym wyposażonego we wszystkie płyny eksploatacyjne i paliwo; 3) przeprowadzenia bezpłatnego szkolenia dla pięciu osób przez Wykonawcę w zakresie obsługi podstawowej i eksploatacji przedmiotu umowy (dotyczy części nr 1); 4) oznakowania samochodów zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1.1 do SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia wraz z pojazdami niezbędnych dokumentów, określonych w Załączniku nr 1.1 do SWZ – Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w Załączniku Nr 2.1 . do SWZ – projekt umowy.
