Original language: Polish1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa konserw mięsnych i rybnych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na 2 następujące części: 1) Część nr 1: Dostawa konserw mięsnych; 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie minimalnych wymagań jakościowych stanowi: załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 4. Szczegółową specyfikację ilościową określa: 1) zał. nr 1A do SWZ – dot. części nr 1, - w zależności od części, o które ubiegać będzie się Wykonawca. Załączniki te stanowią równocześnie formularze kalkulacji ceny ofertowej. 5. Integralną część opisu przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią również projektowane postanowienia umowy (załącznik nr 4 do SWZ).
