The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for Part No. 1 complies with "Annex No. 2.1 - OPZ Part No. 1". The warranty period begins on the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the subject of the order. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order meets the requirements defined by Polish law and European Union law, has been approved for circulation and possesses the valid documents required by law, confirming its approval for use within the EU, and also meets other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Ordering Party in OPZ Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ. 5. The subject of delivery must comply with the requirements of Polish standards transposing harmonized European standards or – in their absence – European technical approvals, common technical specifications, Polish standards transposing European standards, Polish standards introducing international standards, Polish standards, Polish technical approvals. 6. The Ordering Party, within Part No. 1, acting in accordance with Art. 97 sec. 1 of the Pzp Act, requires the Contractor to pay a bid security in the amount of PLN 70,000.00 (in words: seventy thousand zlotys zero groszy).
