Part No. 1 – Comprehensive furnishing of the residential part (residential furniture) of Student Dormitory "Spójnik" – Segment A and B

The subject of the order is: Comprehensive furniture furnishing for various facilities of the University of Opole. Part No. 1 – Comprehensive furnishing of the residential part (residential furniture) of Student Dormitory "Spójnik" – Segment A and B. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1A to the SWZ and technical drawings. 1. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and within the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor. 2. The Contractor, as part of the proper performance of the subject of the order, is obliged to deliver and bring the complete and assembled subject of the order (assembly on site is permitted) (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as its installation in accordance with the visualizations forming an attachment to the documentation (if applicable), and to perform all activities aimed at putting the subject of the order into use by the Ordering Party, within the deadline specified in point 4. If additional materials, assembly, or connection are required for the delivered equipment, the Contractor is obliged to provide them within the remuneration specified in the offer. 3. The Contractor must offer the implementation of the full scope of the order in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in the SWZ and attachments, and include the entire scope of the order in the offer. The subject of the contract must comply with relevant standards and have the required market approvals and certificates (including in terms of safety, it must comply with CE standards for electrical equipment safety). 4. The subject of the order must meet all product safety requirements in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety, amending Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC of 10 May 2023 (OJ L No 135, p. 1). The Contractor is obliged to deliver a factory-new subject of the order (in particular, not repaired, not refurbished, not display model, previously unused) originating from current production and legal distribution channels, functional, complete (in particular with all subassemblies, parts, materials) and compliant with the OPZ. 5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver spare parts related to furniture equipment – corresponding to parts 1-3, in quantities not less than: 5.1. handles – minimum 1% of the total number of elements used, 5.2. hinges and drawer runners – minimum 1% of the total number of elements used, 5.3. drawer fronts and doors – minimum 1% of the total number of elements used. 6. Applies to parts 1-3: The Ordering Party recommends that Contractors visit the premises where the subject of the order will be implemented: Address: University of Opole, Student Dormitory SPÓJNIK, ul. Katowicka 91-63, 45-060 Opole in order to familiarize themselves with the place of delivery and assembly of the assortment in accordance with the art of performing the subject of the order. This visit is not mandatory and the provisions of Art. 226 sec. 1 point 18 of the Act will not apply. Proposed date for visiting the premises: from 03.06.2026 to 08.06.2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The Ordering Party informs that during the visit to the premises concerning the subject order, it will not be possible to ask questions or provide explanations related to the execution of the subject order.
