Przedmiotem zamówienia jest koszenie siedlisk łąkowych i motylowych wraz z terenami przyległymi. Zabieg ten będzie przeprowadzany jednokrotnie w ciągu roku w latach 2026 – 2027. Prace będą polegały na wykonaniu działań ochronnych w obszarze Natura 2000 Łąki Dąbrowskie PLH240041 obejmujących koszenie: płatów siedlisk zmiennowilgotnych łąk trzęślicowych (6410), płatów siedlisk motyli: modraszka telejusa (Phengaris teleius) (6177), modraszka nausitousa (Phengaris nausithous) (6179) o charakterze nieużytków i ze znacznym udziałem gatunków ekspansywnych m.in. nawłoci i trzciny oraz usuwanie zakrzaczeń. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do uzyskania zgód i zezwoleń wymaganych do prowadzenia prac na powierzchniach objętych prawem opcji. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU), stanowiących Załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ.
