Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów promocyjnych dla jednostek organizacyjnych Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ/umowy – Arkuszem asortymentowo-cenowym. Część nr 1 – koszulki i polówki. Wykaz oświadczeń i podmiotowych środków dowodowych, jakie zobowiązani są dostarczyć Wykonawcy w celu potwierdzenia braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu określone zostały w 10 SWZ. Informacja dla Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia (spółki cywilne/konsorcja) określone zostały w pkt 11 SWZ.
