Część nr 1: „Sukcesywny odbiór, transport oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 - inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11 pochodzących z przetwarzania odpadów wielkogabarytowych o kodzie 20 03 07 z Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. z siedzibą w Promniku gm. Strawczyn” Szacowana ilość odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 przeznaczona do odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania, która zostanie przekazana Wykonawcy w okresie obowiązywania umowy wyniesie 1500 Mg (minimalna i gwarantowana ilość odpadów do przekazania wynosi 1200 Mg). Podana ilość odpadów, tj. 1500 Mg jest ilością szacunkową, stanowiącą podstawę do obliczenia ceny. Zamawiający dopuszcza przekazanie odpadów w ilościach odbiegających od wskazanego limitu +/- 20%.
