The subject of the order was the provision of service G to the Ordering Party consisting of: a) transporting postal items within the Routes. The Contractor is obliged to accept postal items for transport within the Routes specified in accordance with the service implementation schedule, which is Annex No. 1 to the draft agreement, and to deliver them at the places and times specified in this annex, b) transporting freight items within the Routes. The Contractor is obliged to accept freight items for transport within the Routes specified in accordance with the service implementation schedule, and to deliver them at the places and times specified in this annex. 2. As part of the service provision, the Contractor is obliged to load and unload the items referred to in point 1, checking their packaging for damage or tampering with seals and the conformity of the number of loaded items with the consignment note or other transfer document. 3. Quantities of km covered by the order: - Basic total route length: 48,576 km. - Maximum total route length: 56,166 km. - Minimum total route length: 40,986 km. - Option right: 15,180 km. 4. In the event that the remuneration for the performance of the Service does not reach the maximum remuneration for the provision of the Service, the period for which the Contractor is obliged to provide the Service may be extended by a maximum of half the period for which the contract was concluded, but not longer than until the remuneration for the provision of the Service due to the Contractor under the contract reaches the maximum remuneration for the provision of the Service. 5. The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of granting the current Contractor services, under a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, based on art. 388 point 2) letter c) of the PPL, an order consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the order, in particular in the event that the continuation of the order is necessary to secure the needs of the Ordering Party, in particular when the amount specified in the contract is exhausted or the period for which the contract was concluded expires: a) Orders will be awarded under the conditions described in the Description of the subject of the order for a given part with changes resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party, but not exceeding the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the order and the draft agreement for a given part. b) The total period of performance of orders awarded under art. 388 point 2) letter c) of the PPL shall not exceed for a given part of the order a period of 12 months. c) Awarding an order under art. 388 point 2) letter c) of the PPL will be conditioned by: - proper performance of the main order by the Contractor, - the Ordering Party having financial resources for its implementation. d) The Ordering Party will award orders under art. 388 point 2) letter c) of the PPL under the conditions resulting from the draft agreement attached to the SWZ, while the subject of negotiations with the Contractor will be, in particular, the price for the execution of the subject of the order. e) The scope of the above orders will consist in repeating the services from the main order and will cover the following quantities of km - Basic total route length: 48,960 km. - Maximum total route length: 56,610 km. - Minimum total route length: 41,310 km. - Option right: 15,300 km.
