Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ustawy Pzp, w części nr 1 polegającego na zwiększeniu ilości koparko-ładowarek o maksymalnie 3 szt. (kpl.). 3. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia, warunki jego realizacji oraz obowiązki Wykonawcy dla danej części zamówienia zawierają: - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ odpowiednio dla części Nr 1 - Projektowane postanowienia umowy: Załącznik Nr 6.2 – dla części Nr 1 4.
